The subject of these lesson plans is about how the S'Klallam people lived and worked years ago. They were developed with sources from this website and the
Jamestown S'Klallam Tribal Library by Tribal citizen and educator, Janis King.
Lesson plans come complete with all information and materials, ready to execute.
Bloom's Taxonomy was used as a guide for suggested questions. These lessons were designed for use with students in grades four through
eight but can be modified for student needs.

- Olympic Peninsula Community Museum
Northwestern Olympic Peninsula communities and The University of Washington worked together to create a Web-based museum to showcase aspects of the rich
history and culture of the region. The project was made possible by a 2003 National Leadership Grant for Library and Museum Collaboration from the
Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).
- American Indians of the Pacific Northwest
Introductory essays, 2300 original photographs and 1500 pages of textual sources about the Northwest Coast and Plateau Indian cultures constitute an
award-winning project developed for the Library of Congress' American Memory in partnership with the Museum of History and Industry and the Northwest
Museum of Arts & Culture.

Several hundred photographs and 23 documents describing the place of salmon in the Pacific Northwest in the late 19th and early 20th
centuries and the roots of the salmon crisis.
